Tortilla wraps with chicken healthy recipe
Ingredients:
* 4 large tortilla wraps
* 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken
* 1 avocado, sliced
* 1/2 red onion, sliced
* 1 red bell pepper, sliced
* 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 tablespoon of olive oil
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sauté the red onion and red bell pepper for about 5 minutes until softened. Set aside.
3. Lay tortilla wraps on a flat surface and divide the cooked chicken between them.
4. Add sliced avocado and sautéed vegetables on top of the chicken.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the fillings.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Fold the bottom of the tortilla wrap up and then roll tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
8. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla wraps are lightly golden.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
