Healthy Chicken Nuggets recipe



Ingredients:


* 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

* 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

* 1/2 tsp garlic powder

* 1/2 tsp onion powder

* 1/2 tsp paprika

* 1/4 tsp salt

* 1/4 tsp black pepper

* 2 eggs

* 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs




Instructions:



1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.


3. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.


4. In another shallow dish, whisk eggs.


5. In a third shallow dish, place breadcrumbs.


6. Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.


7. Dip chicken in the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.


8. Place chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet.


9. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.


10. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
