Grilled Lemon Garlic Chicken



Ingredients:


* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

* Juice of 2 lemons

* 4 cloves of garlic, minced

* 1 tsp dried oregano

* 1 tsp dried basil

* Salt and pepper to taste

* 2 tbsp olive oil




Instructions:



1. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil.


2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).


3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.


4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.


5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through (the internal temperature should be 165°F).


6. Serve the chicken with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
