Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa.



Ingredients:


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the diced avocado, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until the skin is crispy.
  5. Flip the salmon fillets and continue to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve the grilled salmon with the avocado salsa on top.
