Tortilla wraps are a versatile and delicious food that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Here is a simple recipe for making homemade tortilla wraps:



Ingredients:


* 2 cups all-purpose flour

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 3/4 cup warm water

* 3 tablespoons olive oil




Instructions:



1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Mix well.


2. Add the warm water and olive oil to the bowl. Mix the ingredients together until a dough forms.


3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.


4. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each one into a ball.


5. On a floured surface, use a rolling pin to flatten each ball of dough into a thin, round tortilla shape. The tortillas should be about 8 inches in diameter.


6. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.


7. Once the skillet is hot, add a tortilla to the pan and cook for about 30 seconds on each side, until it starts to puff up and brown spots form.


8. Remove the tortilla from the skillet and set it aside on a plate. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.


9. Once all the tortillas are cooked, they are ready to be used for wraps, quesadillas, or any other dish that calls for tortillas.
