Coffee boba tea is a tasty variation of the traditional bubble tea that uses coffee as the main ingredient instead of tea. Here's a simple recipe to make coffee boba tea at home:



Ingredients:


* 1 cup of brewed coffee

* 1/4 cup of tapioca pearls

* 1/2 cup of milk (or non-dairy alternative)

* 2 tablespoons of sugar (or sweetener of your choice)

* Ice cubes




Instructions:



1. Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions, usually for about 10-15 minutes. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.


2. Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool to room temperature.


3. In a shaker or blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, sugar, and ice cubes. Shake or blend until well combined and frothy.


4. Add the cooked tapioca pearls to a glass and pour the coffee mixture over them.


5. Insert a large straw and enjoy!



You can also adjust the sweetness level and milk ratio to your liking, and add different types of milk or creamers for a richer taste. Enjoy your delicious coffee boba tea!
