Delicious Baked Potato Chips With Tips | Healthy Recipe | Ramadan Special 2023 |


 


Here's a recipe for Baked Potato Chips:



Ingredients:


* 2 large russet potatoes

* 2 tablespoons olive oil

* 1 teaspoon salt

* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1/2 teaspoon paprika




Instructions:



1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).


2. Scrub the potatoes well and slice them thinly using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer. The slices should be about 1/8 inch thick.


3. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.


4. Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss them well to coat them evenly with the oil and spices.


5. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.


6. Bake the potato chips in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.


7. Once done, remove the potato chips from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
