Delicious healthy Grilled Chicken Naan Wraps With Tips | Healthy Recipe | Ramadan Special 2023 recipe |

Here’s a recipe for Grilled Chicken Naan Wraps:

Ingredients:

* 4 naan breads

* 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1 teaspoon ground cumin

* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

* Salt and pepper to taste

* 1 red onion, thinly sliced

* 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

* 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

* 1 tablespoon lemon juice

* 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

* 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

* Optional: sliced cucumber, shredded lettuce, hot sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Thread the chicken strips onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling).

4. Grill the chicken skewers for about 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through and lightly charred. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.

5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, cilantro, and mint.

6. To assemble the naan wraps, warm the naan breads on the grill or in a hot oven. Place a few chicken strips on each naan, along with some sliced onion and bell pepper. Drizzle with the yogurt sauce and any additional toppings you like (such as cucumber, lettuce, or hot sauce).

7. Roll up the naan wraps tightly and serve immediately.

Grilled chicken naan wraps can be made healthier by following these tips:

1. Choose whole wheat naan bread instead of white naan bread. Whole wheat naan bread contains more fiber and nutrients than white naan bread.

2. Use skinless chicken breasts instead of chicken thighs or wings. Chicken breasts are lower in fat and calories than other cuts of chicken.

3. Marinate the chicken in a healthy marinade made with olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs, instead of a high-calorie or high-sodium marinade.

4. Load up on vegetables to increase the fiber and nutrient content of the wrap. Add lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, or any other vegetables you like.

5. Use a low-fat or fat-free yogurt or hummus spread instead of high-fat spreads like mayo or sour cream.

6. Choose a low-fat or reduced-fat cheese or skip the cheese altogether to reduce the calories and fat content of the wrap.

7. Serve with a side of fresh fruit or a small side salad to increase the nutrient content of the meal.

By incorporating these tips, you can make your grilled chicken naan wraps healthier and more nutritious.
