Here's a simple and healthy snack recipe:



Sweet Potato Chips


Ingredients:


* 1 large sweet potato

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/2 teaspoon pepper




Instructions:



1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).


2. Wash the sweet potato and slice it into thin rounds using a mandolin or sharp knife.


3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.


4. Place the sweet potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.


5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are crisp and golden brown.


6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.



You can also add other spices or herbs to the sweet potato chips, such as cinnamon, paprika, or rosemary, to add extra flavor. Enjoy!
