Here's a healthy and delicious chicken recipe:


Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken



Ingredients:



4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:



In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a large Ziploc bag, and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag, and massage the marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.


Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.


Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.


Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
