The Best simple , healthy and tasty green goddess chicken salad ever | Healthy Recipe | Ramadan Special 2023




Here's a recipe for green goddess chicken salad:



Ingredients:



* 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

* Salt and pepper, to taste

* 2 tbsp. olive oil

* 4 cups mixed greens

* 1 avocado, sliced

* 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

* 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

* 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives

* 2 tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon

* 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

* 1/4 cup mayonnaise

* 2 tbsp. lemon juice

* 1 garlic clove, minced




Instructions:



1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through. Let cool and shred.


2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, avocado, and shredded chicken.


3. In a food processor or blender, combine the parsley, basil, chives, tarragon, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic. Pulse until well combined and creamy.


4. Pour the green goddess dressing over the chicken salad and toss until well coated.


5. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
