How to make easy and delicious Nihari | Delicious mouth watering Recipe | Ramadan Special 2023 | Pakistan | India | Bangladesh | USA | UK |

Nihari is a popular Pakistani and Indian meat stew that is usually served with naan bread or rice. It is a slow-cooked dish that is flavored with a blend of spices and is traditionally made with beef shank or lamb.

Here is a simple recipe for making nihari:

Ingredients:

* 1 kg beef shank or lamb

* 2 onions, sliced

* 2 tablespoons ginger paste

* 2 tablespoons garlic paste

* 4-5 tablespoons nihari masala (spice mix)

* Salt, to taste

* 1 tablespoon red chili powder

* 1 tablespoon turmeric powder

* 2 tablespoons wheat flour

* 1 cup oil

* Water, as needed

For Garnishing:

* Ginger, finely chopped

* Green chilies, finely chopped

* Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

* Fried onion

Instructions:

1. In a large pot, add the meat along with onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and enough water to cover the meat. Cook on medium-high heat until the meat is tender and falls off the bones.

2. Remove the meat from the pot and keep aside. Strain the remaining broth through a fine-mesh sieve and set aside.

3. In a separate pan, heat the oil and add the nihari masala. Fry for a minute until fragrant.

4. Add the strained broth to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

5. In a small bowl, mix the wheat flour with some water to form a smooth paste. Add this paste to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes or until the gravy thickens.

6. Add the cooked meat to the pan and cook for a few minutes until heated through.

7. Garnish with chopped ginger, green chilies, fresh coriander leaves, and fried onions.

8. Serve hot with naan bread or rice.

Enjoy your homemade nihari!
